Do unused minutes carry over?
No. The 180 minutes included with your Cloud subscription reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused included minutes expire at the end of the month.
Do extra hours carry over?
Yes. Extra hours (tokens) purchased separately carry over between months and do not expire as long as your subscription is active.
Is Desktop usage really unlimited?
Yes. Once you have an active Desktop subscription, you can use Eleganza for as many hours as you want. There are no time limits or usage restrictions.
Is a card required for the free trial?
Yes. A valid payment card is required to start the free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
